Cost
All of our rifle stocks are custom manufactured on CNC machines with highest quality materials and assembled by hand. The design is formulated as a drop in system, where no gunsmithing or modification of your barreled action is required.
Our base platform unit utilizes aerospace grade co-polymers extensively (these "plastic" materials are more expensive than aluminum):
Chassis, Barrel shroud, Foreend grip and housing, Trigger and safety mechanismsMosin-Nagant has mill finish aluminum chassis and side panels
Since the product has performed well for our prototypes, the pistol grips and rear side panels are offered as milled and sawn air-entrained plastic with the exposed open-cell face in contact with the shooter's grip, enhancing excellent gripping even in extreme heat and humidity. The front grips utilize the same sawn material for the same reasons.
All fasteners are black oxide hardened steel or stainless steel allen units. All springs and dowel pins are stainless steel.
The trigger actuator rods are either aluminum or stainless steel, depending on the model requirements.
Colors available are all black, or white with black trim.

Order Forms are shown and only available the first couple of weeks per month for a given product for the month. Once logged, we order materials and machine shop time to accomodate the run.
We try to run production for a given CBRPS unit design about two to three times a year.

Payment is via PayPal, invoiced and due when the unit is ready to ship. USPS Priority Mail Shipping and insurance is additional cost - $17;. International shipping requires specific location information, but normally around $40-60.
NOTICE TO MOSIN NAGANT CUSTOMERS -
Materials issues for BLACK side butt panels -
We have developed powder coated aluminum side panels and caps to replace the existing structure for the remaining and future orders. This is something that we've developed for future products as an option - it will become the standard for black units. At this point it seems best to transition to the next generation product.
Those who purchased units prior to this year should enjoy the mass of the original design, including the benefit of the wide butt for firing comfort. With this production change, however, we will more than likely make the coil spring butt the standard since the face of the butt is now less than before (and it works great!)
